Improving Business Productivity Performance Through Entrepreneurship Training And Entrepreneurship Self - Efficacy

This study was conducted to identify entrepreneurial desire and productivity among Semarang State Polytechnic students after post-covid-19. Respondents in this were 100 who own businesses. used confirmatory factor analysis maximum likelihood estimation SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) from the AMOS 24.0 statistical software package Moment Analysis). The data collection technique questionnaires with different semantic scales. results of parameter are accordance hypothesis that knowledge has a significant effect on business preference normalised coefficient estimate 0.586 P-Value ***, training positive 0.470 *** interest 1.007 ***. From study, it can be concluded current post- covid-19 context, engaged startup world need increase their education understanding entrepreneurship, especially time great need. There must innovation so they survive develop better direction along times.
